Hans Wegner “The Chair” – Teak frame Model JH501, also knowns as The Round Chair. First exhibited in Denmark 1949. When The chair was featured in the American design magazine "Interiors" in 1950 it made Wegners name and Danish furniture world famous. The Chair is also known as The Kennedy Chair as it was used by John F kennedy during his televised debate with Richard Nixon. Of Wegners many works this piece is one of his most important - perfection of form, comfort, finishing of the details and the use of materials

Hans Wegner – The Heart Setting Round table on 3 legs, Teak seat and Oak frame. H.70cm Ø120cm 6 x teak 3-legged Heart Chairs with wooden seats. Produced by Fritz Hansen Model No FH4103. The set has been gently restored as this is one of the vintage sets manufactured in the early 1950s. The patina is absolutely beautiful.
